Navigate to the Finance tab in the app. If no bank account is linked, you'll see a "Link Bank Account" prompt. Tap it to securely connect your account via Plaid. FRGE never sees or stores your banking username or password.

You can disconnect your linked bank account at any time from within the App settings. Go to Profile → Settings and look for the bank account section. Disconnecting will stop transaction syncing but will not delete your existing FRGE data.

Streaks reset at midnight Eastern Time (EST) each day. If you didn't log in or complete the required daily activity before midnight ET, your streak will reset. Make sure to check in every day before midnight ET to maintain your streak.

Most quests are auto-tracked based on your activity in the app. Make sure your bank account is linked for spending-related quests. Some quests require manual claiming via the claim button — check the quest description for details. If a quest still isn't completing, try pulling to refresh on the Finance tab.

FP (Forge Points) and FC (Forge Coins) are FRGE's in-app reward currencies. You earn them by completing quests, achieving trophies, logging in daily, and referring friends. Spend them in the Shop to unlock profile themes, frames, icons, and other cosmetic items.

To request account deletion, email us at hello@usefrge.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ encryption and stored encrypted via Supabase's managed infrastructure. We never store your bank login credentials. We do not sell your financial data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Find your unique referral code in Profile → Refer a Friend. Share it with friends. When a friend signs up using your code and completes their first quest, you'll automatically receive a reward of FP, FC, and XP. Your referral stats are tracked in the same section.
